EMBRACE YOUR PREGNANCY

I
happen to believe that there is nothing more beautiful than a woman
pregnant with child. This tiny little being growing inside you is your
future and you need to embrace it with all your heart. That means
celebrating this miracle no matter how or what you feel you look like, you
are beautiful!!! Extra pounds, water retention, stretch marks; they are
the map of your body under going changes for this remarkable event for
which you are preparing. Embrace it all, it won’t last forever, and have
a tasteful Portrait of this magnificent time in your life so you will
always be able to look back to this memorable adventure.
When
my clients come for a Portrait sitting, I tell them to bring who they are. I want them to be comfortable in their personalities and clothes. If you
are a hiker, dress in hiking clothes, a biker, dress in biking clothes,
etc. There can be a few clothing changes. Naked bellies do not have to be
shown if that is your desire, that is just an option. I will do as much or
as little of what you desire. This is YOUR Portrait. Husbands and other
children are highly encouraged to take part in the experience, however not
required. Depending on weather conditions, outdoor shots are taken.
When
viewing the slide show of Maternity Portraits, keep in mind there are more
intimate poses which are not displayed to respect the privacy of my
clients, but are available to you if that is what you would want.

"It was a chance
to reflect on and enjoy the strange shape of my body and the
anticipation of our first baby. It was a very happy pregnancy.
It's nice to have a visual, somewhat artistic reminder of that, rather
than just a journal of all my aches and pains."

Portraits,"
